Delivery times for bathtubs can vary from 4 to 16 weeks depending on raw material availability, pending orders, and logistics. For Basins, delivery times can vary between 1-2 weeks and is subject to availability. If the desired product is not available, our team will reach out to you to assess further options.

3. Delivery Process

Once your order is placed, we will confirm a delivery date and time via phone or email.
4. Delivery Instructions
We will obtain your delivery preferences, including:
Permission to leave the Goods in a safe location.
Requirement for the Goods to be signed for upon delivery.
If a signature is required but the authorised person is unavailable, additional carrier charges for depot returns and re-delivery will apply.
