Basins: A flat shipping fee applies Australia-wide for hassle-free delivery.

Delivery times for bathtubs can vary from 4 to 16 weeks depending on raw material availability, pending orders, and logistics. For Basins, delivery times can vary between 1-2 weeks and is subject to availability. If the desired product is not available, our team will reach out to you to assess further options.

3. Delivery Process

We partner with reputable providers who are experts in safe, cost-effective, and professional logistics services with over 30 years of experience.

Once your order is placed, we will confirm a delivery date and time via phone or email.

4. Delivery Instructions

We will obtain your delivery preferences, including:

Permission to leave the Goods in a safe location.

Requirement for the Goods to be signed for upon delivery.

If a signature is required but the authorised person is unavailable, additional carrier charges for depot returns and re-delivery will apply.

6. Safe Handling and Inspection

All Goods are securely packed to ensure safe transit. Upon delivery, customers must inspect Goods for damage or defects and report any issues to support@carvus.com.au within 48 hours.
