Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to make sure you're informed about our Returns and Exchanges policy. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with it for a hassle-free shopping experience.

As we offer special and custom-made orders, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on change of mind of your Goods once the order is placed, or dislike of the Goods. This includes deposits made towards an order. Any product that may be “On Sale” or “at a reduced price” will also not be eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If you have any concerns about any of our items and require clarification, please ask us prior to placing your order, to ensure that you will be satisfied with the Goods.

Upon receiving the item, you will have an obligation to check that the Goods are undamaged. Should you find any damage or defects to the Goods that you have received, you will have 48 hours from the date and time of delivery to inform us in order to be eligible for consideration of any compensation.

Goods will be required to be returned in their original condition and packaging, to allow Carvus, to resell the Goods, no later than 7 days from our confirmation email. You will be liable for the delivery charges and costs to return the

Goods, however we can assist you with logistics should you choose to avail that option. Delivery costs may be required to be paid upfront or otherwise to be decided by us in the event of replacement.

We allow reasonable adjustments to be made to delivery dates by the Customer. However, should the Goods be uncollected, or you repeatedly delay the delivery date, returns, exchanges, and refunds will be considered void.

Please follow the care sheet consisting of maintenance instructions to preserve your product, failure to do so will void any warranty that we offer.

For any claims related queries, you must notify us of any damage or defect in writing by emailing support@carvus.com.au and include supporting images of the damage or defect along with details of your order. After assessing your concerns and evidence, we will notify in writing via email regarding the outcome of your claim.

Should we decide to compensate you for the agreed amount, we will refund your money to the designated bank account within 5-10 business days after receiving the Goods in its original condition and packaging where applicable.

Failure to return the Goods (in their original state or packaging where applicable), may hinder your ability to receive any compensation you may be eligible for as per our email to you. This will include where the original packaging has been ripped, damaged, or discarded.

We reserve our rights to refuse a return where the product is deemed damaged due to fair wear and tear, and misuse, or failure to take reasonable care by the customer.
